Undressed by Avery Aster

Synopsis

Milan's notorious playboy, Prince Tittoni, seems to have everything - Lamborghinis, exotic women, palaces throughout Europe and business success. Ramping up his fabric company to go global with a new apparel brand, he ruthlessly stops supplying fabrics to the American client who inspired the collection. But once they meet, what's he willing to give to get her in his bed?

Upper East Side designer Lex Easton has already endured her fair share of hard knocks. She'll be damned if she'll let an Italian stud muffin knock her down. So what if she named her favorite vibrator after him? With Fashion Week approaching, she'll do whatever it takes to secure the fabrics she needs to make her clothing line an international success-even sleep with her rival.

Lex's Louboutins are dug in deep to win this war. All's fair in love and fashion! Inside Scoop: Though the hero and heroine remain monogamous, their Prada-wearing friends indulge in a menage a trois and other fashionable sexual fun and games.

My Review

I received this copy for an honest review.

We meet Alexandra- Lex  daughter of a rock n 'roll star father and a mum who was a playboy bunny and singer. Lex hates the press. After her fathers death and her mother being an addict to various things. Lex helps get her mum clean and they start their own fashion label - Easton Essentials catering to the normal woman.

Prince Massimo Tittoni loved by the press, head of Girasoli Garment Company, loved by all women. He was cut off by his father King Umberto- who had another daughter to another woman.

Lex gets her fabric for Easton from Masi after not receiving her next shipment, she contacts the office to be told she not getting it- its been cancelled. she speaks to Masi on the phone(who is on his holidays) who says he'll get back to her.  Lex decides to fly to Italy to confront him and ask for her shipment and find out why it has been stopped.

When Lex gets to Italy she's on a deadline she has to be back on the boat in a few hours to secure her deadline for fashion week. Lex secretly has a crush on Masi - I mean who wouldn't. So after she gets admitted to his palace and is told to wait to see him. Lex decides she cant wait and goes to find him. What happens after .......... is not what they both expect.

When I received this I was intrigued as some of  the books out there about new York  have been a CEO type meets girl, falls in love. So when I read the blurb about this I was a bit dubious whether I get it - fashion type? - I've not read many fashion type books. And didn't think I would enjoy it - HOW WRONG WAS I?

OMG this book has to be on your "To Be Read" list. Its funny, SO sexy and hot, great characters, handsome prince. If you don't mind hot verbal sexy scenes this book is for you. If your easily offended this is not for you.

I loved the characters, I liked Lex's friends Taddy and Vive,  I loved the introduction to them all at the beginning of the book. The pace was right, the story was amazing. I think in a book like this it could of been rushed, but Avery gets EVERYTHING about this right. I loved Prince Masi and Lex. The description Avery gives us about the way he was hanging made me laugh out loud.

I cant wait to read the second book in the series Unscrupulous.
